Nilo ships all orders through USPS. At this time, we only ship within the United States and its territories.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after an order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and USPS operations.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Continental United States: 1–10 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: Up to 15 business days

At this time, Nilo does not offer expedited or priority shipping services. All orders are shipped using standard USPS shipping methods.
